Plant-based baby food
Nestlé Nutrition R&D is seeking in expanding its current plant-based product line for baby food. Nestlé requests Foodpairing to assist in creating new flavor concepts by the use of its AI platform and cover the whole plant based range for baby food.
Validated flavor concepts
The Foodpairing algorithms created millions of flavor combinations matching target consumer requirements.
These combinations were then validated through the use of digital twin technology to test trial and liking.
Finally the top three flavor concepts were selected in close collaboration with the Nestlé Nutrition R&D team.
The product team received 3 final concepts with trendy ingredients, familiar combinations.
These concepts are currently being reviewed for development.
